We’re excited to invite our valued customers to join us in making IOP Publishing even better! Introducing the IOP Publishing User Experience Group – a fresh initiative aimed at enhancing our collaboration with researchers throughout the publishing journey.

Your insights can play a crucial role in shaping our products and services to serve you better. As a proud Institutional publisher, everything we create contributes to advancing and promoting scientific knowledge.

To express our gratitude for your valuable time and input, we’re offering:

Your commitment would involve just a friendly chat lasting around an hour, once a month or so. Conversations can take place through convenient video conferencing tools or even in person if that’s feasible. During these conversations, we’d love to hear your thoughts on:

  • Trying out user-friendly prototypes or enhancements to existing features by performing straightforward web-based tasks and sharing your experience.
  • Providing candid feedback on our current services and suggesting ways to make them even better.
  • Sharing insights into the challenges you encounter in your roles, especially concerning publishing and participating in peer reviews.

We will do our best to involve as many voices as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a space for everyone who contacts us about the IOP Publishing User Experience Group.
