How to reset your password on ScholarOne

If you have forgotten your password on ScholarOne, click the “Reset Password” link on the log in page for your journal

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Enter your username on the next screen. This is usually the email address you registered with. If you can’t remember your username, please contact your journal who will be able to help.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click “Send Reset Link”.

If we have an account for you with the username you entered, you will be emailed a link to reset your password.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If your username is incorrect, you will see a warning. Please contact your journal if you see this warning.
