How these services fit into the lifecycle of an article

As soon as a manuscript or preprint is submitted to an IOP Publishing journal, our colleagues begin to provide services to assess, improve and structure the article. If accepted following peer review, it moves on to publication and dissemination – first in its unedited form, as the accepted manuscript, and subsequently as the archival version of record.
