What if I cannot share my data openly?

We recognise that it is not always possible to make research data publicly available. 

Reasons may include:

• Commercial sensitivity 

• National security considerations 

If data cannot be shared openly, you should explain the reason in your manuscript and, where possible, indicate how access may be requested or provided under controlled conditions.
